own local field force in the Philippines, bringing almost 130 full time employees onboard.
FMC has worked with third-party agents in the Philippines since 2012 to reach and engage farmers, retailers
and distributors. In 2020, the company decided to bring on board the third-party field force directly as full
time employees. FMC's decision affirms its commitment to Philippines' agriculture sector as well as its
growing investment in the country.
